Thuy has more than 15 years of experience representing and advising clients on a wide range of local and cross-border corporate financial activities. She had also led legal department for general corporate and commercial transactions in local and foreign companies in Vietnam.

Thuy's experience spans across a wide and varied spectrum of work in relation to retail, trading, hospitality, manufacturing and lifestyle businesses. These range broadly from F&B, leisure, travel, luxury, retail and manufacturing to investment and technological applications.

In the area of contracts, Thuy specializes in advising on business transactions such as investments and funding, franchises and joint ventures, shareholder structures, business-to-business and business-to-consumer agreements, other commercial arrangements and employment contracts.
Some prominent clients that Thuy has been working with includes Sumitomo, MGM Grand, Mitsui, Marubeni, Sanofi, DKSH, etc.

Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements throughout the entire value chain of the Group such as distribution, manufacturing and supply as well retail, franchise agreements.

Led legal scope of ad-hoc projects of investment, Joint-venture, M&A, financing deals of the Group and its subsidiaires
